Operations Specialist/Account Manager

Patron Points, Inc. provides customizable loyalty solutions for the Convenience Store Industry. We are seeking an energetic, motivated, organized and highly computer efficient individual to join our fast pace, professional team to work at our location in Oakdale, MN. This is a full-time employee position at our office.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Coordinate the development and implementation of our products with the client and Patron Points, Inc. staff

  • Assisting customers with technical support

  • Main point of contact for promotional planning and execution process for accounts

  • Aid in the onboarding and training of accounts

  • Responsible for overall customer service with existing clients, including additional inside sales opportunities

  • Coordinate marketing design with staff for the customer's new promotions

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 2 years experience in account management - preferred

  • 2 years convenience store management experience - preferred

  • Highly proficient Microsoft Office Skills

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Strong attention to detail and proofing
